Who We are ?
We are a nonprofit organization committed to improving education outcomes for students around the world. Our team of education experts and advocates works with schools, educators, and communities to develop and implement effective programs and policies that support student success.
Our organization is committed to promoting high-quality and relevant education in both formal and informal settings. We aim to provide comprehensive academic programs, life skills, career development, personal growth, entrepreneurship and business training, as well as counseling, guidance, and community development programs to students, children, youths, and communities. Our goal is to supplement the current education system and serve the needs and requirements of the 21st century, equipping the coming generation with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
We are dedicated to promoting high-quality education standards and empowering students around the world. Since our inception, we have made significant progress in achieving our goals, reaching over 6,000 students in over 50 schools in Dar es Salaam and Iringa regions. Our team of education experts and professionals come from a variety of backgrounds, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our work.

Education Standards International Organisation (ES Int'l Org) Headquarters is located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Our office is situated in Lumumba Street, opposite Spice Hotel, and at the Airport-railway inlet adjacent to Transit Motel in Ilala Municipal. We operate in Dar es Salaam and Iringa regions, but our mission is to promote high-quality education standards and empower students around the world.
We started with initiative programs in October 2015, attending to one school with 142 students. Over time, we have expanded our reach and impact, while continuing to maintain our focus on empowering students and promoting high-quality education standards. Our office is located in Lumumba Street opposite Spice Hotel and at the Airport-railway inlet adjacent to Transit Motel in Ilala Municipal.
As a youth-led and driven organization, we understand the importance of education in shaping the future. We believe that every student deserves access to high-quality education that prepares them for success in life. The Organization’s Philosophy
We shall be the main drive force as Education Standards will produce Standard Education as a quality education, national wise and globally with first class cream intellectual people in various aspect of life.
Our current and foremost objectives aimed at facilitating with more empowering academic curriculum and extra curriculum-based programs, projects, events and activities that will raise awareness and transformation of the young generation who are inside and out of the education system resulting into diverse dynamic positive changes in the community at large targeting the Students, Youth and Children with particular thematic areas in giving formal and informal education, capacity building, soft skills training and other beneficial areas.
